Minimum admission requirements:
All applicants must be at least 18 years of age when the program starts.
All applicants must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent when the program starts.
All applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of a 2.00 when they apply for the program. Some programs have a higher GPA requirement and/or additional education requirements. This will be noted on the programs page, if applicable.
All applicants must be proficient in English at the college level.
All applicants must be in good health and be able to participate in all CEECE activities. (If you have a health problem, please contact us to see what kind of reasonable accommodation can be made).
These are the absolute minimum admission requirements. Most students far surpass these minimum requirements. The typical student on our programs has at least two years of college and an above average GPA. However, some of our programs do offer classes at the freshman level and sophomore level. So you do not need to to be a junior or senior to study abroad!

Students in a group may be from different colleges and universities. All the students from the same college or university are Not automatically considered a group. Students should identify themselves as a group when they apply for the program, in order to receive the discount. Refund Policy
Your $300 deposit is refundable up to the application deadline. If you are not accepted to a program your deposit is always refundable. Your program fee, minus the $300 deposit, is refundable up to the date when all program fees are due. Refunds after these dates and up to the first day of orientation may be made under extenuating circumstances. Extenuating circumstances are defined as death of a immediate family member(mother, father, sister or brother) or incapacitation of the student due to a medical condition. CEECE may not be able to refund any funds that may have been prepaid on behalf of the student. However, if the student wishes to attend a later CEECE program, then the program fee will be held by CEECE. The student will be responsible for any difference in the program fee, if the program fee has increased. No refunds will be made after the orientation has started and the program has begun.
