The Jagiellonian University  

The CEECE program in Krakow is hosted at the Jagiellonian University. Founded in 1364, the Jagiellonian University is the oldest university in Poland and the second oldest university north of the Alps. Located in one of the most beautiful European cities, ancient Krakow, the Jagiellonian University offers a unique opportunity not only to study Polish language, culture and society, but also to experience over 600 years of its history, magnificent architecture, and art.

Accreditation:  

The Jagiellonian University is accredited by the Polish Ministry of Education and it is recognized as one of the top public universities in Central Europe.  Jagiellonian University graduates have been accepted into graduate programs and Jagiellonian University credits have been readily accepted at schools across Europe and the United States.  

Students:  

The student body is mostly Polish rounded out by international students representing Eastern and Western Europe, Africa, Asia and North America.

  

  

Location:

The Jagiellonian University campus is situated in the heart of Krakow. Half of Krakow's population are students. Students can enjoy their studies while immersed in the history, art, architecture, and culture of Krakow!

  • Classes are held from Monday to Thursday to give you the opportunity to travel for 3 days as the most famous European tourist destinations  
  • International excursions to neighboring countries are included
